We are thrilled to welcome our new students for the upcoming 2026-27 school year! To ensure a smooth transition for your student, please review the enrollment details and requirements below:
Enrollment for the 2026-27 School Year began today, Monday, March 23, 2026
Required Documents:
To complete your student's enrollment, please submit the following required documents to our office:

- EGUSD Registration Form (you can find this linked Here)
- Spanish/En español: Si prefiere completar el formulario en español, puede encontrar la versión en español aquí.
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of address (SMUD or PG&E Bill)
- Note: if the utility bill is in someone else's name other than the parent/guardian, please complete the Affidavit of Non Permanent Residence found HERE.
- Immunization Records (including the 6th TDAP shot)
- If you need to make any Immunization Appointments during the Summer 2026, please click HERE.
To help us better prepare for the upcoming school year, we also suggest you to bring the following, if applicable:
- Transcript (for grades 9-12)
- Report Card (for grades 7-8)
- IEP/504 plan (If applicable)
Important Reminders:
Do Not Disenroll yet: Please keep your student enrolled in their current school for now. Once the onboarding process is complete, we will provide you with specific instructions on when and how to officially disenroll.

We accept enrollment paperwork any time during office hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm) starting March 23, 2026, provided the packet is complete.
