Enrollment Information for 2025-26 School Year
Now Enrolling for the 2025-26 School Year!
Elk Grove Charter Academy is now accepting registration paperwork for the 2025-26 school year for grades 7-12. To begin the enrollment process, please submit the following documents to our office:
Required Documents:
- EGUSD Registration Form (Click on LINK )
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Address (SMUD or PG&E bill)
- Immunization Records (including proof of the 6th TDAP shot; CLICK here for a list of required immunization for school entry)
Additional Documents:
To help us better prepare for the upcoming school year, we encourage you to also bring the following documents:
- Transcript (for grades 9-12)
- Report Card (for grades 7-8)
- IEP/504 Plan (if applicable)
Important Reminders:
- Do not disenroll your student from their current school yet. Once the onboarding process is complete, we will provide instructions on how and when to officially disenroll.

Parents/Guardians and Students are required to attend. Student ID Card Pictures will be taken during the on-boarding appointment.
